Card checkout runs through Stripe. SwiftSpot never stores full card numbers. Hosts are paid after the booking completes — not by off-platform e-transfer.
Listings are reviewed before they go live on Discover so renters see spaces that meet our marketplace standards.
Verified host means email and phone confirmed. Payout identity verified means Stripe Connect identity checks for host payouts.
Keep contact on SwiftSpot so support can help if something goes wrong. Off-platform payments are not protected by our Guarantee.
